My husband and I recently got married this year and wanted to plan a joint bachelor/bachelorette trip with our friends and family to Cancun, Mexico. We have never traveled out of the country before nor did not know where to start so one of our family members gave us Jen's contact information. We have NEVER used or heard of a travel agency before, but I was open and excited to give Jen a try. I can proudly say that not once did I regret the decision to reach out. Jen was phenomenal and I mean it - PHENOMENAL! Planning for a big group is not easy, but everything from the way she carried herself, her recommendations, quick responses (I LOVE THEM AND MY GROUP DOES AS WELL!), and flexibility helped made the whole process so much easier and less stressful! We had a small miscommunication with a vendor for one of our excursions in Cancun and I emailed Jen. A few seconds later after I sent the email, I realized it was a Sunday so had a feeling Jen wouldn't be in office so eventually I was able to work it out with the vendor. However, Jen surprised me by responding back. I can tell that she genuinely cares for her clients and that really meant a lot to us. Would I book with Jen and Riverdale Travel again? Absolutely! Jen Norton at Riverdale Travel has been our go-to travel agent for several years. She's helped us plan a trip with just a few people as well as planning Caribbean getaways with large groups. This has included cruises as well as all-inclusive resorts. She's always super informative and patient with me as we compare resorts, travel dates, rooms, etc... She is very responsive and has spent significant amounts of time with me on the phone to get trips booked when we're on a time crunch. She makes our trip easy and ensures all minor details are covered so we don't have to worry about anything but enjoying our vacation.
